One Of The Best Things I Ever Purchased!!

This adjustable dumb bell set is hands down one of the best thing I have ever bought. I dont suggest getting the 552 as 50 isnt much when you think about it. If you want to do your whole body you will need the 1090. You may not be able to curl 50lbs but you can easily perform a squat with a 50lbs dumb bell. This is the beauty of working out with these is that you can get a great total body work out. You can work out every muscle in your body.

The build quality is super sturdy. Does not feel fragile or flimsy once so ever. Adjusting from one weight set to the next is also a breeze. You do have to align the dial exactly or it will stay locked in. Those with smaller frames with probably encounter problems with performing a bicep curl in proper form as the two weights may encounter one another as you go up. I have not have that problem and if you do you can simply lift one dumb bell at a time.

Not much else to say other then these things are absolutely great in quality and design and I get excited every time I work out with them. One thing I noticed that pays homage to the attention to detail is the way the weights are designed that if you put them on the floor or bench they will not roll at all as the design of top portion of the eight is level then goes rounded. Very nice. Also when you put the weights back wrong, either tilted left or right it will simply roll over to the correct position as you put it back into its case. Also if you do not want to buy the bench for it you can simply use the Styrofoam box that came in the pack to elevate the weights off the ground. A+++++ Product.
